The artist behind the art.

Sheridan Hunter is a multimedia artist based in Los Angeles. As a double Trojan, she earned a bachelor’s degree in African American studies and a minor in cinematic arts, and recently graduated with a master’s in journalism from USC. Through her work, Sheridan seeks to amplify and celebrate Black communities and provide a space for them to feel seen and heard.

Her work has been featured in The Black Palette exhibition at the USC Fisher Museum of Art and Monad Gallery’s HERstory exhibition in Brooklyn, NY (2025).
